Chickadee came to us in a stroke of luck right when we needed her. She has proven herself to be a fantastic mama and nurse mare. This kind soul sat in pasture for years then rode away bareback in a halter to my place. Her calm presence always helpful to our younger broodmares. Never looking or moving like she’s a day over 5 years old. Just fat happy and compact.
